- We collect data on the number of input and output tokens you use when interacting with AI Tutors.
- We generate and store tables of contents from files you upload to create AI Tutors.

1.3. Files:
- Files you upload are stored on Amazon S3 and OpenAI Storage as part of the App's functionality.

2. How We Use Your Information

2.1. We use your email address for:
- Authentication in EdukaiMe
- Sending notifications about your subscriptions
- Updating you about our policies and terms of use
- Promoting new features and future products from our team

2.2. Payment information is used according to Stripe's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2.3. Usage data is used to calibrate our pricing and improve our services.

EdukaiMe uses cookies to:

4.1. We share your email address with Stripe to pre-fill information on the payment page.

EdukaiMe does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. We do not verify users' ages, as our App is designed for students of all ages. We only collect email addresses from users.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where our servers and those of our partners (AWS and OpenAI) are located. By using EdukaiMe, you consent to this transfer.
